The house was very clean and smelled nice. The host, Federico, was always in touch with us and allowed us to leave our belongings there after check-out. They also left 2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, and 1 bottle of water in the room. The city center is about a 15-minute walk, and the train station can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and cafés just 2–3 minutes away.
Abbiamo soggiornato da Federico per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, bagno ampio (dalle foto sembrava più piccolino, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi). Federico ci ha accolti al momento del check-in e ci ha fornito consigli per mangiare nelle vicinanze. Prezzo ottimo per essere un appartamento vicinissimo al centro di Bologna. Ci torneremo senz'altro, consigliatissimo!
Mi sono trovata benissimo! L’ospitalità è stata impeccabile, la camera pulita e accogliente, e la posizione perfetta per visitare il centro, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
The room was clean, quiet, and easy to access. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and city center. Federico was very helpful and provided us with a guide to attractions and restaurants. We will be back next time.
Federico’s place was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights in Bologna. He was extremely accommodating with our late night check in and was readily available to answer any questions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The recommendation sheet was a lovely touch! Would say again.
The place was very clean and well maintained, Federico was very attentive to every detail, and it was easy to enter the building. The location was very good for walking to both the city center and the train and bus stations.
